Golden Triangle

Health Concerns

For the sake of this website the Golden Triangle is a term used to refer to Beaumont, Port
Arthur, Groves, Nederland, Orange, and Jefferson County, Texas. These areas have higher than average levels of poverty, obesity, and smoking. This paired with the amount of refineries that work with known carcinogenic materials makes this area higher risk for health concerns. This is our community and we feel it is our responsibility to help where we can.
